Guitar Ivory Bridge Pins

Warther's are proud to announce the availability of Elephant Ivory Bridge Pins as well as Wooly Mammoth Ivory Bridge Pins. In addition to these pins , we have the end pins and button straps to match ! These pins are an elegant complement to our Africana Loxodonta ( African Elephant ivory ) and Wooly Mammoth ivory Nut and Saddle blanks. Now you can have real Ivory throughout the ENTIRE TONE PATH for the ultimate acoustical perfection in your cherished favorite instrument.

These pins, like our nuts and saddles , are made from traceable, certified pre-ban Elephant Ivory and are legal for use in the entire United States of America. They CANNOT be exported. The pins made of Elephant ivory come with an Affidavit of Origin detailing the legal standing of the ivory with tusk I.D. number , age of tusk, etc.. These pins are available for both Martin and Gibson guitars, as well as other makes and models. See our " Sizing up Your Pins " page to select the pin size that is right for your instrument. All our pins come with installation instructions. These are THE ONLY ELEPHANT IVORY BRIDGE PINS being made anywhere, to the best of our knowledge.

Pin #1 (Slotted)

Black Ebony Dot Inlay Abalone Dot Inlay

Pin #1 is used for Vintage Martin guitars that were made before 1994 (except the HD-28), also Blanchard, Garrison, Goodall, Ryan, Santa Cruz and Taylor guitars. 3 degree tapered shaft. These also work with Collings guitars made prior to 2002. These pins are .210 just below the skirt. Available with plain heads or either a black ebony or abalone dot inlay.

Pin #2 (Slotted)

Black Ebony Dot Inlay Abalone Dot Inlay

Pin #2 is for Modern Martin guitars and all Gibson guitars. 5 degree tapered shaft. These pins are .220 just below the skirt. Available with plain heads or either a black ebony or abalone dot inlay.

We can also provide unslotted pins for those True Vintage applications where a slotted bridge is used. Luthier installation is HIGHLY recommended for conversions from slotted pins to unslotted pins with a slotted bridge. This DOES make a big difference in your tone. Please check with your manufacturer about warranty considerations before doing this conversion.
