Elephant Ivory pistol grips for Colt 1911 and semi-auto pistol 1911 clones. These are highly polished and finished ivory 1911 grips made by our custom grip maker of real pre-ban elephant ivory. These are made from ivory that is cut flat grain and centered. If ivory is not cut flat grain and centered the grips will break up when you shoot the gun and will literally fall off the frame. Such an ivory cut is an expensive cut to make and yet our 1911 ivory grip prices are in keeping with what other folks charge at $ 275 per pair. With these grips you can dress up your favorite 1911 with pre-ban elephant ivory and have confidence when firing that the grips will hold up.

This a partial list of pistols these ivory 1911 grips will fit on: Colt, Kimber, Springfield, Ed Brown, Uselton, Volkmann, Dan Wesson, S & W, Wilson, STI, etc. and most all of the 1911 Full Size Government Model clones. These are approximately 4 ¼  inches overall length and about 1 ½ inches wide. These are slightly over ¼ inch thick along the center line.

All of our pre-ban ivory grips are Made in USA and are precision made to exacting industry standards. These are not mass produced grips. They are constructed individually, using original factory grips and blueprint line drawings as a reference and are highly polished finished pieces.
